I love food. And I love food that comes off of a food truck. The new phenomenon associated with food trucks is permanent Food Truck Parks. This blog is to help everyone find food truck parks, and talk about the trucks that are parked there.

Too hot to eat
Well, too hot to eat at a food truck park. Here in north Texas, the temps have been over 100. I'd planned on hitting a food park, but just too darned hot.
